Attempted Suicide

(LP)
Sleeve - Front
(First three pressings all have the same sleeve, they can be told apart by the inner sleeves and  labels)

Sleeve - Back

Vinyl / Dust Sleeve:
First Press has yellow labels & CS logo stamped on inner sleeve

Stats:
There have been four main pressings of this LP, all by Deranged Records. The most recent one came out in 2014 and we haven't seen a copy yet. The first three pressings are outlined below:

First Press:
Year: 2006
Label: Deranged
Matrix A: DY#85 - A   "IT'S GOOD BUT IT'S NOT HARDCORE!"
Matrix B: DY#85 -B     "ONE RULE : NO THINKING"
Inserts: No insert
Pressing Info:
Test Pressing (Rejected) - Quantity unknown
Regular Sleeve - 350
Japanese Tour Edition - 100
US Tour Edition - 300

Notes:  Ethan : The 1st press was pressed from unmastered plates. The standard version has a small b/w lyric sheet inside and the dust sleeves are stamped with the CS logo stamp. From the 1st press also came the U.S. tour edition and the Japanese tour edition.

Variants (1st press):

Regular Sleeve:
Inset shows CS logo stamp on dust sleeve.

There also might be a few with white label 'test press' vinyl - this is listed on Discogs, but we're yet to see one...

Japanese Tour Sleeve:
Identified by round sticker on the front of the sleeve, otherwise the same as the regular version.

US Tour Sleeve:
Same vinyl, alternate sleeve; sold on 2006 summer tour.
There also seem to be a few with white label 'test press' vinyl, as listed on Discogs, but we're yet to see one...

Notes: The recording was remastered for these pressings and they both have a printed inner sleeve, with the same design as the US Tour sleeve - see pictures below.

The labels on the second press are the same as the first, but the third press has black and red labels.

Ethan says: The second press was remastered and sounds much better. There are also “rejected” test presses for the 1st pressing, then “accepted” test pressing with the 2nd press.

Variants: (2nd & 3rd Press)

Remastered recording, different matrix to first press, but same labels.

Third Press:
Different labels to second, but otherwise identical.

Second / third press inner sleeve:
Front has same design as US Tour Sleeve
Second / third press inner sleeve:
Back has lyrics

Notes:

Second Japan Tour: Jonah: We've been to Japan twice. Once with Haliechuk on bass, Hurst on drums, in support of Invisible Eyes. The second time was I believe '06 in support of Attempted Suicide, and had Dave Brown on drums and Matt Miller on bass.

Now Available on Cassette:
It's kind-of like a new release ...at least for anyone who is nerd enough to need a complete Career Suicide collection. Thrall Division has just put out these tapes in Indonesia.
